Why us…
What makes Room to Breathe Studio different? We don’t do cookie-cutter coaching or productivity ‘hacks.’ We’re not beholden to a location or company or other attendees in developing experiences and activities to justify the cost. We don’t upsell a course or methodology with empty promises of financial freedom through building your own product to sell.
We create a focused space where you can breathe, think, and create — with personalized prompts, guided sessions, and tools designed around your uniqueness. Additionally, we’ll work on building a creative practice that’s sustainable for YOU.
If you’re burned out, blocked, or simply at a crossroads with your work, projects, or practice, let’s find some room to breathe together.
And if you’ve always wanted to create but haven’t given yourself permission to explore, to engage, to finally acknowledge that having a creative outlet is an essential part of what makes us human — we’re here for you, too.
Your creativity and your voice are needed, and we’d be honored to help you find it.
Why you…
You create. Or you want to create. Either way, you’re looking to weave a creative practice into your life that’s sustainable, and enjoyable. You understand that creative pursuits add value to human existence and are an essential part of our individual, cultural, and societal well-being.
Your journey may include struggling with burnout, stress over finishing a project, feeling disheartened by a ‘content driven’ landscape, existing as a neurospicy, chronically-ill, and/or marginalized person who finds ‘traditional’ methods challenging, or needing someone in your corner to allow you to accept that inner voice that wants to embrace your creative side and prioritize it.
You acknowledge that a consistent creative practice doesn’t need to be every day, but it does need to be something you incorporate into your daily life to bolster your overall wellness.
Who we are…
As a chronically ill, neurodivergent, queer writer and artist with over 20 years experience in film, theatre, writing, content creation and more — and a background in adult education, storytelling, and social media coaching, we’ll be your supportive (and realistic) cheerleader.
Yes, we use ‘we’ as an identifier due to the numerous professional roles we fill. (And because we’re a Gemini-Virgo… it helps us compartmentalize.
